We’ve covered some basic muscle conditioning movements in the Run Faster Clinic. We hope you’ve been doing them because this time, Coach Karen Siah is kicking it up a notch with some intermediate muscle conditioning movements to add on to your strength training workout. As they say, Fit is the new Skinny!
Please bring a long a yoga mat as we will be doing some floor workouts, you can even share a mat with your friend! All you’ll need is a padded surface to protect your knees and back.
