Bukit Puchong Running Clinic: Beat Your Best Time!

Why do we train? Or a better question is why do we run? We run because it makes us feel good mentally and physically. We train to get better. 
So in the 6th #bukitpuchong Running Clinic, we are going to do what most runners love to do - running intervals. Which basically means, including short bursts of speed work in your runs. Going from a slow jog to a fast sprint! By doing this, you train your fast twitch muscles. To efficiently draw power from your muscles in the shortest amount of time to propel you forward faster. If you start incorporating more intervals into your training sessions, you will beat your Personal Best Time. It's that simple.
But it is so easy to get interval training wrong. So join us in the next clinic as Coach Karen Siah shares her tips on how to do interval trainings right.
